Talent Acquisition Specialist
A leading ERP software company is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an independent, out of the box thinker, to join a small, growing human resources team focused on finding the best talent.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for positions located mainly in Israel, and for global positions as needed.
Post job descriptions, filter resumes, conduct face-to-face, remote, and telephone interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for next-steps.
Source and attract candidates on LinkedIn and other social networks.
Utilize recruitment platforms and internal database to identify talent.
Recruit on recruiting platforms and collaborate with outsourcing companies.
Recruit for a range of positions in the software field, including, but not limited to software developers, project managers, customer service and support.
Daily communication with hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or relevant field – required
Proven technical recruitment experience required
Strong understanding of technical positions and concepts
Experience sourcing and managing candidate pipelines on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

Ability to learn quickly
Diligent and detail-oriented work methods
Strong communication skills
Highly loyal, with the ability to keep discreet information confidential
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Ability to changes direction quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English and the ability to interview in English – an advantage

This is a full-time position, with flexible hours and the possibility to work in a hybrid model
(4 days in office and 1 day remote)
