HYBRID:HERZLIYA – PROJECT MANAGER/TESTING SERVICES

Our Testing Services team takes a hands-on approach in order to help execute test requests and test scripts in collaboration with customer teams. Working cross-functionally with other Applause resources, the Testing Services Manager will drive successful execution of test strategies to ensure customer’s gain full value realization, while managing large teams of internal team members.
Ensure team meets customer testing timelines, internal SLAs and manages team to meet or exceed overall KPIs
Manages Project costs and deliverables to ensure margin goals are met and/or exceeded
Works with internal Applause teams to clear roadblocks – i.e. platform issues, specialized Community Management (CM) requests etc.
Main point of collaboration and/or escalation for all pre/active/post testing related items
Maintains an active partnership with Solution Delivery Managers (SDMs) to successfully manage customer needs and expectations, adjusting as needed to suit customer goals
Actively participates in kick off calls and onboarding process for new customers
Staffs and manages Test Engineers (along with other Testing Services team roles) to help them develop and drive test strategies that are in line with customer and company expectations
Mentor, train and develop team members for increasing roles and responsibilities
Contribute to TS initiatives, including, but not limited to: process development/improvement, product revision discussions, manage and create best practices contributions, white papers, etc.
Organize and analyze testing data for trends, course corrections, and customer reports
